Materiality

Authenticity is at the heart of the Aurelia. The central pillar and weighted base are forged from solid copper with a deep, hand-polished gold finish—not the thin electroplating common in mass-market replicas. Each rod is individual K9 crystal, renowned for its high refractive index and exceptional clarity, far surpassing standard glass. This combination of heavy-gauge metal and lead-free crystal ensures a piece that possesses significant physical presence and a permanent, untarnished brilliance.

In our Roman workshop, the Aurelia undergoes a meticulous assembly process. Every crystal rod is hand-aligned to ensure perfect verticality and light distribution. We subject the integrated electrical system to rigorous high-voltage safety testing to meet global standards. To protect its intricate crystalline structure, the Aurelia is shipped in specialized high-density foam molding within a reinforced wooden crate, fully insured, ensuring it arrives on-site in flawless, gallery-ready condition.
