It sits close to the ceiling and suits rooms with standard or low ceilings.

The onyx

Green onyx is a banded natural stone, translucent where it is cut thin. Pale jade, sage and olive tones run through it with cream mineral bands and occasional warm inclusions, so the colour and pattern are different on every piece. Lit, warm light passes through the thinner layers of the bowl while the denser bands stay darker, and the same pattern stays visible with the lamp off.

Choosing a size

It comes in six sizes, diameter × overall height: 30 × 30 cm (11.8 × 11.8″), 40 × 35 cm (15.7 × 13.8″), 50 × 40 cm (19.7 × 15.7″), 60 × 45 cm (23.6 × 17.7″), 70 × 50 cm (27.6 × 19.7″) and 80 × 56 cm (31.5 × 22″).
