QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Yes. Size, proportions and metal finish can be adapted on most models, and we send you a drawing to approve before production. Changes to wiring, dimming or colour temperature keep the piece returnable; changes to its outer form are made for you alone and cannot be returned. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.

Yes, at no extra cost. The standard version is not dimmable; write #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a dimmable driver. Tell us the dimmer or smart-home system you use and we match the driver to it. The light is 2700K Warm White as standard; a warmer or cooler colour temperature can be made on request, also at no extra cost.

On a side table or console, with the bottom of the shade at about eye level when seated beside it. This piece is sized at Height : 183 cm / 72.05 in · Width : 35 cm / 13.78 in. Send us a photo and the room dimensions and we will advise on size and placement. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.

No. Every piece ships DDP (delivered duty paid): we pay the import duties and customs charges, so nothing is collected from you at delivery.

Models with a replaceable E27 or E14 bulb take any smart bulb of that base; integrated-LED models are controlled through a smart dimmer or switch. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.
