This wall light sets a small dome of natural yellow travertine on a curved black arm, mounted on a round wooden backplate. The stone, the dark arm and the warm wood make a calm, wabi-sabi composition, and the dome directs a soft, focused glow down the wall.
The stone
Every dome is cut from natural travertine, so the pores, veining and tone differ from piece to piece. The stone is opaque; the light comes from beneath the dome and washes the wall below it, which is what gives the piece its glow.
Sizing and placement
At 22 cm (8.7") high and 15 cm (5.9") wide, it is a compact light for a bedside, a reading corner, a study, or repeated along a hallway every 2 to 2.5 m (7 to 8 ft). Beside a bed, fix it about 120 to 140 cm (47 to 55") from the floor.
Installation
Hardwired wall mount, indoor use. Warm white at 2700K suits the stone. Have a qualified electrician install it.
Care
Dust the stone with a soft dry cloth; avoid water and acidic cleaners, which mark travertine. Wipe the wood and metal dry.

Before you order
Wiring, testing, installation and returns for this piece. Questions before you order: contact@casalolalights.com
We wire every lamp in our workshop for the country it is delivered to. Voltage, plug and electrical standard are set from your delivery address, so there is nothing to choose at checkout. Pieces shipped to the US are fitted with UL-listed drivers and LED components.
The colour temperature is listed in the specifications. A dimmable version, or a warmer or cooler light, can be made at no extra cost: write it in the note at checkout.
Every piece is assembled, wired and switched on at our workshop bench before it is packed. We check the electrics, the fixings and the finish, and nothing is crated until it passes.
Ask us, and we send you a video of your own lamp, lit and working, before it leaves the workshop. It is free.
An installation manual is packed with every lamp. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician.
For ceiling lights, a standard ceiling box carries about 23 kg (50 lb). Check the weight in the specifications: heavier pieces need a fan-rated box or a mounting plate fixed to a joist.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@casalolalights.com with your order number and photos. We cover the return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee.
If a parcel is lost, we replace it free or refund it in full. An order not delivered within 90 days of dispatch is refunded automatically.
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day it is delivered.
Standard catalogue pieces, including pieces made after you order, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
Choosing a finish, size, dimming option, colour temperature, cable length or plug does not affect your right to return. Bespoke commissions (a non-catalogue size, a structural change or a specially commissioned material, agreed before payment) and items marked final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.
Cancelling
Free within 48 hours of ordering. After that, a charge of up to 20% may apply for materials and work already committed to your piece.
EU and UK customers
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies, with no restocking fee.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Yes. This travertine wall sconce can be made in an IP65 version, sealed against dust and water jets, for bathrooms, including the area above a bath or shower, and for covered outdoor spaces such as a porch or loggia. Ask for the IP65 version in the note at checkout, or email us before ordering, and we confirm it before production begins. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.
Yes. It can be supplied with a cord and plug for your country instead of hardwiring, so it goes up without an electrician. Write "plug-in" in the note at checkout. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.
Yes. Size, proportions and metal finish can be adapted on most models, and we send you a drawing to approve before production. Changes to wiring, dimming or colour temperature keep the piece returnable; changes to its outer form are made for you alone and cannot be returned. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.
Yes, at no extra cost. The standard version is not dimmable; write #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a dimmable driver. Tell us the dimmer or smart-home system you use and we match the driver to it. The light is 2700K Warm White as standard; a warmer or cooler colour temperature can be made on request, also at no extra cost. Through travertine, warm white gives the softest glow.
Mount it at 150–170 cm (60–66 in) from the floor in a hallway or living room, or just above the headboard line beside a bed. In pairs, place them either side of a mirror, fireplace or bed. This piece is sized at H 22cm x W 15cm / H 8.7" x W 5.9". Send us a photo and the room dimensions and we will advise on size and placement. Questions before ordering: contact@casalolalights.com, we reply within 24 hours.
No. Every piece ships DDP (delivered duty paid): we pay the import duties and customs charges, so nothing is collected from you at delivery.
