Made to order. Production takes 1–3 weeks, then 2–3 weeks for insured delivery to your door — about 3–6 weeks in total from order to installation. A printed installation guide is supplied; we recommend a licensed electrician for any hardwired fitting. Unpack, inspect and test-light the piece before installation; any transit damage must be reported with photos before the fixture is fitted.

Cancellation is free within 2 days of ordering; a 15% fee applies from day 3 to day 7 and 20% from day 8, as production will have begun. After delivery, unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days at 20% plus return shipping. EU customers exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal receive a full refund minus return shipping. Pieces customized to change their external structure are not returnable.
