Geformt aus dicken, handgegossenen Murano-Glaslamellen, die an einem gebürsteten Edelstahlkern verankert sind, erhebt sich die Laguna Murano Glass Light Column 145 cm von einer kompakten Metallbasis. Die gestapelten Glasprismen fangen das Licht der internen Lampen ein und brechen es, wodurch ein vertikaler Lichtsplitter entsteht, der eher wie eine beleuchtete Skulptur als eine herkömmliche Stehlampe wirkt.

Im Gegensatz zu gepresstem Glas oder Acryl-Imitationen verwendet die Murano-Glas-Säulenstehlampe massive Glaselemente mit unregelmäßiger Textur, Luftblasen und weichen Kanten, die auf traditionelle Ofenarbeit hinweisen. Die Edelstahlstruktur bietet eine starre Unterstützung und verschwindet optisch hinter dem Glas, während die gewichtete Basis den 26 cm großen Standfuß in Durchgangsbereichen und Gastgewerbeumgebungen stabil hält.
