Die beleuchtete Seide strahlt nicht nur; sie atmet und verwandelt das harte Licht der Glühbirne in eine sanfte, atmosphärische Ausstrahlung, die Esstische und Kücheninseln in ein schmeichelhaftes, schattenfreies Licht taucht.
II. Die Materialität
Die Struktur ist skelettartig und kompromisslos – ein starres Gerüst aus massivem Eisen mit einer matten architektonischen Beschichtung. Über diesem industriellen Rückgrat liegt unser hochwertiger niederländischer Seidenverbundstoff. Im Gegensatz zu Standardseide, die zerbrechlich und anfällig für Brandflecken ist, ist dieses Material hitzebeständig und strukturiert, mit einer markanten gewebten Textur, die das Licht auch im unbeleuchteten Zustand einfängt. Es repräsentiert die perfekte Spannung zwischen dem Industriellen (Eisen) und dem Ätherischen (Seide).

Die Velia ist mit einem Zwillingskabel-Flugzeugaufhängungssystem konstruiert, das Mikroanpassungen während der Installation ermöglicht und sicherstellt, dass die Schiene perfekt parallel zu Ihrem Tisch hängt. Die Seidenelemente sind zur professionellen Reinigung abnehmbar – ein entscheidendes Merkmal für Essbereiche. Wir versenden den Eisenrahmen und die Seidenschals in separaten Schutzfächern innerhalb der Kiste, um sicherzustellen, dass der Stoff knitterfrei und frisch ankommt.
