Processing Times (Handmade & Made-to-Order)

Many Casalola pieces are made to order—especially sculptural alabaster and other handmade, one-of-a-kind designs.

• Ready-to-ship: 2–7 business days (final QC + packing).

• Customized / made-to-order: 7–20 business days (fabrication + finishing).

• Complex sculptural alabaster / bespoke: 15–30 business days (artisan scheduling, stone selection).

• You’ll receive a confirmed ship-by window by email after order confirmation.

Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Daily cutoff: 14:00 local workshop time.

• Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/EMS (chosen by size/weight/destination).

• Oversized (>120 cm / heavy): Premium sea freight with reinforced crating.
