Materiality
At Casalola, we reject the ephemeral. The Aventino is anchored by a substantial, hand-polished Nero Marquina or Rosso Levanto marble base—providing the necessary ballast for its expansive reach. The "Rosso Corsa" arms are forged from solid high-grade steel, finished in a matte powder coating that resists patination. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our shades are hand-wrapped in authentic Belgian linen, ensuring a textural richness that plastic-backed shades simply cannot replicate.
The Casalola Standard
Every Aventino unit undergoes a rigorous 48-hour "burn-in" test in our Rome workshop to ensure electrical integrity. Our master finishers inspect the tension of every curve and the grain of every marble slab before it is cleared for delivery. To guarantee its safe arrival at your project site, the lamp is shipped in custom-engineered, reinforced wooden crates, fully insured against transit risks.
