Sfeer & Ontwerpfilosofie

De Tivoli vangt de vergankelijke schoonheid van bewegend water, waarbij de vloeibaarheid van een kabbelende fontein wordt bevroren in een permanent sculpturaal statement. Ontworpen voor ruimtes die een chromatisch anker vereisen, bevat het armatuur lusvormige linten van azuurblauw glas met een distinctieve, ritmische textuur. Wanneer verlicht, breekt het licht door de golvende glasoppervlakken en werpt het een serene, aquatische vlekkerige gloed over het plafond en de muren. Het balanceert delicaat tussen speels en monumentaal, en dient als het kroonjuweel voor een grote hal of een verfijnde eetkamer.

Materialiteit & Constructie

Bij Casalola verwerpen we het gebruik van acryl of holle legeringen. De Tivoli is vervaardigd uit massief, handgesmolten glas, verwarmd en gebogen door ambachtslieden om zijn kenmerkende lintvorm te bereiken. Het glas heeft een aanzienlijk gewicht en een tactiele, korrelige oppervlakte die licht diffundeert zonder schittering. Het centrale frame is gefreesd uit massief messing met een geborstelde satijnen gouden afwerking, wat de structurele integriteit biedt die nodig is om de zware glaselementen te ondersteunen. De verbindingspunten zijn zo ontworpen dat ze onzichtbaar zijn, waardoor de zwevende illusie van de glazen linten behouden blijft.

Elke Tivoli kroonluchter wordt volledig voorgemonteerd in onze werkplaats in Rome voordat deze wordt verzonden om perfecte balans en elektrische continuïteit te garanderen. We gebruiken hoogwaardige keramische fittingen die bestand zijn tegen hoge temperaturen. Gezien de ingewikkelde aard van de glascomponenten wordt het armatuur na testen gedemonteerd en verpakt in op maat gemaakte schuimkisten met versterkte houten buitenkant. We bieden volledig verzekerde deur-tot-deur verzending, zodat het stuk in perfecte staat aankomt, klaar voor installatie door uw aannemer.
