I. De Sfeer

De Aventine is minder een lamp en meer een verlichte sculptuur. Geïnspireerd door het kubisme en de rauwe kracht van de Italiaanse brutalistische architectuur, domineert het de ruimte. De kap—een complexe, gefacetteerde veelvlak—verdeelt het licht in dramatische, hoekige stralen en werpt een boeiend spel van geometrische schaduwen op uw muren. Het is ontworpen voor ruimtes die visueel gewicht vereisen: een grote hal, een sfeervol directiekantoor of een galerijachtige woonkamer.

II. De Materialiteit

Gemaakt van zware architectonische legering, verwerpt de Aventine de kwetsbaarheid van synthetische materialen. Elk facetpaneel is nauwkeurig gelast om een naadloze, monolithische vorm te creëren. De afwerking—verkrijgbaar in lichtabsorberend mat zwart of reflecterend antiek messing—is met de hand aangebracht en biedt een textuur die koel, solide en substantieel aanvoelt. Dit is geen gestempelde plaatmetaalproductie; het is een rigide, geconstrueerde structuur die gebouwd is om lang mee te gaan.

III. De Casalola Standaard

Gezien de complexe geometrie van de kap is stabiliteit van het grootste belang. De taps toelopende obeliskvoet is intern verzwaard om een laag zwaartepunt te garanderen, waardoor omvallen zelfs in drukke zones wordt voorkomen. Voordat de lamp onze studio in Rome verlaat, wordt de interne bedrading stressgetest om te verzekeren dat de metalen behuizing koel en veilig blijft. De lamp wordt verzonden in een op maat gemaakte, hoogdichte schuimkist om de scherpe geometrische hoeken tijdens het transport te beschermen, volledig verzekerd voor uw gemoedsrust.
