Logistics

Every Casalola lamp is made to order in our workshop. Production begins about two days after your order. Production time and transit time are separate; both are stated below for this lamp.

Each piece is wired for your destination's voltage and plug standard, bench-tested with the lamp lit, then packed in a reinforced wooden crate with foam suspension and shipped fully insured to the USA, EU, UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Made of Brass, Glass. Hand-blown glass, formed individually, so wall thickness and tone vary slightly from piece to piece; no two are identical. Solid brass, not plated steel: heavier, it does not chip or peel, and it develops a soft patina that can be polished back at any time.Every Casalola piece is made to order, not taken from stock: the material is checked against the approved sample, the wiring, socket and driver are tested live, and the finished lamp is test-lit and photographed before it is crated.

Cord length, finish and colour temperature can be adapted on most models — leave a note at checkout or contact us with the product code. Fixture weight: 115cm ~28–34 kg / 130cm ~34–42 kg.Stable on any side table or console; keep the cord routed so it cannot be pulled.

The standard version ships non-dimmable. A dimmable version is supplied on request — add #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a driver compatible with standard phase-cut wall dimmers; 0–10 V for commercial installations is also available. The G9 socket takes standard LED bulbs; smart-capable G9 bulbs exist from several makers, though the choice is smaller than for E27 or E14 bulbs. Email contact@casalolalights.com or use the live chat — we reply within 24 hours.

This piece takes G9 bulbs, not included, so you choose the brightness. As a guide, a standard 350-lumen LED in each socket gives soft ambient light; for a dining or kitchen island use 1,000–1,200 lumens per socket. Bulb count is on the spec sheet.

Supplied as 2700K Warm White. 2700 K, 4000 K or a three-colour switchable module can be requested at no extra cost — leave a note at checkout. For the softest glow through glass, choose 2700–3000 K and a frosted bulb; a clear or cool-white bulb can create a bright spot inside the shade.

Made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks, then 3–4 weeks for insured delivery to your door — about 5–7 weeks in total from order to installation. Every piece is configured for your country's voltage and plug before dispatch and ships free, fully insured, in a reinforced wooden crate. A printed installation guide is supplied; we recommend a licensed electrician for any hardwired fitting. Unpack, inspect and test-light the piece before installation; any transit damage must be reported with photos before the fixture is fitted.

Metal parts: dry microfiber cloth. Unlacquered brass and copper patinate naturally; a mild brass polish restores the original tone if preferred, kept away from any stone or fabric. Glass and crystal: soft damp cloth with mild soap, dried at once with a lint-free cloth. Never spray liquid onto a fitted fixture. Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning.

Casalola lighting is lab-tested and certified to international electrical safety standards. The marks that apply to this piece — UL Listed, CSA, CE, CCC, PSE or RCM depending on the destination — are listed in the specification table, and the voltage, plug and wattage are configured for your address before dispatch. Every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Certification documents are available on request.

Cancellation is free within 2 days of ordering; a 15% fee applies from day 3 to day 7 and 20% from day 8, as production will have begun. After delivery, unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days at 20% plus return shipping. EU customers exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal receive a full refund minus return shipping. Pieces customized to change their external structure are not returnable.
