What materials are used?
Materials are listed in the product specifications above. We use genuine natural materials — alabaster, marble, travertine, solid copper, brass, hand-blown glass, linen, rattan, and ceramic depending on the model.
How do I install the lamp?
Every lamp ships with an installation manual. For heavier fixtures (chandeliers and large pendants), we recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician. Need help finding one? We've partnered with TaskRabbit to connect you with local installers.
What bulbs are compatible?
Bulb type and socket (E27, E14, E12, G9, etc.) are listed in the product specifications above. Most models are LED-compatible. If you need a specific colour temperature or dimmable configuration, leave a note in your cart or contact us before ordering.
Is this lamp dimmable?
The standard model ships non-dimmable. To request a dimmable version, add a note in your cart with the code #dim or contact us at contact@casalolalights.com before placing your order.
Can this be customized?
Yes. We offer custom rod lengths, cable drops, finishes, and sizing at no extra cost on most models. For special requests, email contact@casalolalights.com with the product name and your requirements. Our team will respond with a quote and timeline.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stone surfaces (alabaster, marble, travertine), never use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or wet cloths. For metal finishes (copper, brass), a dry cloth preserves the patina. For fabric shades (linen, cotton), use a soft brush attachment on a low-power vacuum.
How is it packaged?
Every lamp ships in a reinforced wooden crate with high-density foam suspension. All shipments are fully insured. We designed this packaging specifically to protect fragile natural materials during international transit.
How long will delivery take?
Every lamp is made to order; production begins about two days after you order. Production time and transit time are separate. Check the Logistics section on this page for both figures for this lamp. Your order confirmation email will also include your delivery timeline.
Is this lamp compatible with my country's electrical system?
Yes. Every lamp is built for your destination — voltage, plug type, and wattage are adjusted based on your shipping address. US (110–120V), EU (220–240V), UK, Australia, and all other regions are supported.
What certifications does this lamp have?
Certification is stated per product, not across the catalogue. CE documentation is available on request. For US shipments the driver and LED are UL listed as standard; whole-luminaire UL listing is handled per project. IP ratings, where relevant, are on the product page. What is the warranty?
Every Casalola product comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your lamp develops a fault due to materials or workmanship within 24 months of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Contact contact@casalolalights.com with photos and your order number.

Are the lamps smart-home compatible?
Models with replaceable bulbs can be fitted with smart bulbs (WiFi, Zigbee, etc.) for voice control and app integration. Check the specifications above for bulb type compatibility. For built-in LED models, contact us to discuss smart options before ordering.
If anything goes wrong with your order, we'll replace it or refund you.

Each piece is wired for your destination's voltage and plug standard, bench-tested with the lamp lit, then packed in a reinforced wooden crate with foam suspension and shipped fully insured to the USA, EU, UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
Made to order in our workshop. Production begins about two days after your order and takes 1 to 3 weeks, including wiring for your destination and a lit bench test before packing. Transit time below is separate.

This piece takes E14 bulbs, not included, so you choose the brightness. As a guide, a standard 470-lumen LED in each socket gives soft ambient light; for a dining or kitchen island use 1,000–1,200 lumens per socket. Bulb count is on the spec sheet.
Supplied as 2700K Warm White. 2700 K, 4000 K or a three-colour switchable module can be requested at no extra cost — leave a note at checkout.

A printed installation guide is supplied; we recommend a licensed electrician for any hardwired fitting. Unpack, inspect and test-light the piece before installation; any transit damage must be reported with photos before the fixture is fitted.
Metal parts: dry microfiber cloth; a drop of mild soap on a damp cloth removes fingerprints, dried immediately. Wood: dry soft cloth; a little furniture oil once a year keeps the surface nourished. Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning.
Casalola lighting is lab-tested and certified to international electrical safety standards. The marks that apply to this piece — UL Listed, CSA, CE, CCC, PSE or RCM depending on the destination — are listed in the specification table, and the voltage, plug and wattage are configured for your address before dispatch. Every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Certification documents are available on request.
Cancellation is free within 2 days of ordering; a 15% fee applies from day 3 to day 7 and 20% from day 8, as production will have begun. After delivery, unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days at 20% plus return shipping. EU customers exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal receive a full refund minus return shipping. Pieces customized to change their external structure are not returnable.
