Made of Fiberglass, Polyethylene, Stainless steel, Crystal. Hand-cut K9 crystal, chosen for clarity and the way it refracts light into the room. Hand-blown glass, formed individually, so wall thickness and tone vary slightly from piece to piece; no two are identical. Stainless steel in the finish stated in the specification table, chosen for strength and a surface that does not tarnish.Every Casalola piece is made to order, not taken from stock: the material is checked against the approved sample, the wiring, socket and driver are tested live, and the finished lamp is test-lit and photographed before it is crated.

Cord length and colour temperature — leave a note at checkout. Shade and finish changes are quoted on request. The fixture weight is on the spec sheet.The weighted base keeps it stable on hard floors and carpet alike.

The standard version ships non-dimmable. A dimmable version is supplied on request — add #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a driver compatible with standard phase-cut wall dimmers; 0–10 V for commercial installations is also available. Supplied as Warm white, Cool white. 2700 K, 4000 K or a three-colour switchable module can be requested at no extra cost — leave a note at checkout. For the softest glow through crystal, choose 2700–3000 K and a frosted bulb; a clear or cool-white bulb can create a bright spot inside the shade.

Made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks, then about 5 weeks for insured delivery to your door — about 7–8 weeks in total from order to installation. Every piece is configured for your country's voltage and plug before dispatch and ships free, fully insured, in a reinforced wooden crate. Plug and play. Unpack, fit the bulb and plug in; no electrician needed. The plug is fitted for your country before dispatch. Unpack, inspect and test-light the piece before installation; any transit damage must be reported with photos before the fixture is fitted.

Metal parts: dry microfiber cloth; a drop of mild soap on a damp cloth removes fingerprints, dried immediately. Glass and crystal: soft damp cloth with mild soap, dried at once with a lint-free cloth. Never spray liquid onto a fitted fixture. Switch the light off and let it cool before cleaning.

Casalola lighting is lab-tested and certified to international electrical safety standards. The marks that apply to this piece — UL Listed, CSA, CE, CCC, PSE or RCM depending on the destination — are listed in the specification table, and the voltage, plug and wattage are configured for your address before dispatch. Every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Certification documents are available on request.

Cancellation is free within 2 days of ordering; a 15% fee applies from day 3 to day 7 and 20% from day 8, as production will have begun. After delivery, unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 30 days at 20% plus return shipping. EU customers exercising the 14-day statutory withdrawal receive a full refund minus return shipping. Pieces customized to change their external structure are not returnable. Every piece is made to order in solid natural stone, hand-blown glass or solid metal, tested and certified, with custom drops, finishes and sizes for the project and consistent finishes across multi-unit orders.
