Una cápsula alta de alabastro cuelga de una placa trasera redondeada de latón, brillando como una columna cálida de piedra en la pared. La tapa metálica oculta la fuente de luz y el tubo de alabastro lleva el resplandor hasta abajo, terminando en una punta suave y redondeada. 1. ¿El tubo es de alabastro real o vidrio?
La pantalla está tallada en alabastro real, no en vidrio o resina. Las vetas naturales de la piedra hacen que cada aplique sea ligeramente diferente, lo que forma parte del atractivo.
2. ¿Qué tan brillante es esta lámpara de pared de alabastro?
Alrededor de 350 lúmenes de luz LED cálida – ideal como luz de pared de acento o ambiental. En un baño o dormitorio, funciona maravillosamente en pares o como parte de un plan de iluminación en capas con luces de techo.

5. ¿Es eficiente energéticamente?
Sí. El módulo LED integrado consume mucho menos energía que una bombilla tradicional y tiene una larga vida útil, lo que lo convierte en una opción sólida para iluminación de lujo ecológica en el hogar o en hoteles boutique.
6. ¿Cómo limpio el alabastro y el latón?
Apague la corriente y deje que la lámpara se enfríe. Limpie el alabastro suavemente con un paño suave y ligeramente húmedo y seque inmediatamente. Use un paño de microfibra seco en las partes metálicas. Evite limpiadores abrasivos o químicos fuertes en ambos materiales.

Before you order

We wire every lamp in our workshop for the country it is delivered to. Voltage, plug and electrical standard are set from your delivery address, so there is nothing to choose at checkout. Pieces shipped to the US are fitted with UL-listed drivers and LED components.
The colour temperature is listed in the specifications. A dimmable version, or a warmer or cooler light, can be made at no extra cost: write it in the note at checkout.
Every piece is assembled, wired and switched on at our workshop bench before it is packed. We check the electrics, the fixings and the finish, and nothing is crated until it passes.
Ask us, and we send you a video of your own lamp, lit and working, before it leaves the workshop. It is free.
An installation manual is packed with every lamp. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician.
For ceiling lights, a standard ceiling box carries about 23 kg (50 lb). Check the weight in the specifications: heavier pieces need a fan-rated box or a mounting plate fixed to a joist.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@casalolalights.com with your order number and photos. We cover the return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee.
If a parcel is lost, we replace it free or refund it in full. An order not delivered within 90 days of dispatch is refunded automatically.
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the day it is delivered.
Standard catalogue pieces, including pieces made after you order, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
Choosing a finish, size, dimming option, colour temperature, cable length or plug does not affect your right to return. Bespoke commissions (a non-catalogue size, a structural change or a specially commissioned material, agreed before payment) and items marked final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.
Cancelling
Free within 48 hours of ordering. After that, a charge of up to 20% may apply for materials and work already committed to your piece.
EU and UK customers
Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies, with no restocking fee.

Yes. Size, proportions and metal finish can be adapted on most models, and we send you a drawing to approve before production. Changes to wiring, dimming or colour temperature keep the piece returnable; changes to its outer form are made for you alone and cannot be returned. The form, size and finish will match. The stone will not be identical, because every piece of alabaster has its own veining and clouding. If you prefer a calmer or a richer stone, say so in the note at checkout and we select it for you. Before your lamp ships we film it lit, so you see your own stone before it leaves the workshop. On arrival, unpack and test-light it before installation, and send photos of any transit damage before it is fitted.
Yes, at no extra cost. The standard version is not dimmable; write #dim in the note at checkout and we fit a dimmable driver. Tell us the dimmer or smart-home system you use and we match the driver to it. The light is 2700K Warm White as standard; a warmer or cooler colour temperature can be made on request, also at no extra cost. Through alabaster, warm white gives the softest glow.
