Esto no es plástico producido en masa. El Ostia está elaborado con un composite artesanal patentado: una bio-resina densa en capas manuales reforzada con fibras naturales. Como se ve en el detalle macro, la superficie posee una textura cruda y caótica similar al pergamino hecho a mano o alabastro fibroso. Este proceso manual de capas asegura que no haya dos Tótems idénticos; las "venas" y variaciones de densidad dentro del material crean un mapa de luz único para cada pieza individual.

La base está fuertemente ponderada internamente con un núcleo de hierro fundido, bajando el centro de gravedad para evitar vuelcos.
