Atmósfera y diseño
La lámpara de pie Volterra domina la habitación con un silencio que solo la piedra centenaria puede proporcionar. Diseñada para evocar la quietud de un santuario romano, la cúpula sólida de alabastro actúa como un difusor natural, suavizando la luz en un resplandor cálido y etéreo que revela las venas geológicas únicas de la piedra. Con una altura de 150cm, su silueta es un estudio de equilibrio—anclada por una base de hierro oscura inspirada en un obelisco que se estrecha hacia arriba para acunar la piedra luminosa, creando un diálogo arquitectónico entre sombra y luz.

La pantalla está tallada de un solo bloque de alabastro natural genuino, torneado a mano para resaltar el veteado orgánico que hace de cada unidad una pieza única de arte. La base está construida de hierro sólido, forjado y acabado con una pátina oscura ennegrecida que enfatiza el peso y la permanencia del accesorio. Verificamos la estabilidad de las soldaduras de hierro, la integridad de la piedra y la seguridad de los componentes eléctricos. Entendemos la preocupación que implica enviar piedra; por ello, esta pieza se envía en una caja de madera reforzada y hecha a medida con suspensión de espuma de alta densidad, totalmente asegurada. What materials are used?
Materials are listed in the product specifications above. We use genuine natural materials — alabaster, marble, travertine, solid copper, brass, hand-blown glass, linen, rattan, and ceramic depending on the model. We do not use resin, acrylic, or plated finishes.
How do I install the lamp?
Every lamp ships with an installation manual. For heavier fixtures (chandeliers and large pendants), we recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician. Need help finding one? We've partnered with TaskRabbit to connect you with local installers.
What bulbs are compatible?
Bulb type and socket (E27, E14, E12, G9, etc.) are listed in the product specifications above. Most models are LED-compatible. If you need a specific colour temperature or dimmable configuration, leave a note in your cart or contact us before ordering.
Is this lamp dimmable?
The standard model ships non-dimmable. To request a dimmable version, add a note in your cart with the code #dim or contact us at contact@casalolalights.com before placing your order.
Can this be customized?
Yes. We offer custom rod lengths, cable drops, finishes, and sizing at no extra cost on most models. For special requests, email contact@casalolalights.com with the product name and your requirements. Our team will respond with a quote and timeline.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stone surfaces (alabaster, marble, travertine), never use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or wet cloths. For metal finishes (copper, brass), a dry cloth preserves the patina. For fabric shades (linen, cotton), use a soft brush attachment on a low-power vacuum.
How is it packaged?
Every lamp ships in a reinforced wooden crate with high-density foam suspension. All shipments are fully insured. We designed this packaging specifically to protect fragile natural materials during international transit.

Is this lamp compatible with my country's electrical system?
Yes. Every lamp is configured for your destination — voltage, plug type, and wattage are adjusted based on your shipping address. US (110–120V), EU (220–240V), UK, Australia, and all other regions are supported.

All Casalola lamps are certified to international safety standards. Certifications for each product are listed in the specifications above and may include UL Listed (North America), CE (Europe), CSA, CCC, PSE Mark, and RCM.
What is the warranty?
Every Casalola product comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your lamp develops a fault due to materials or workmanship within 24 months of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Contact contact@casalolalights.com with photos and your order number.

Are the lamps smart-home compatible?
Models with replaceable bulbs can be fitted with smart bulbs (WiFi, Zigbee, etc.) for voice control and app integration. Check the specifications above for bulb type compatibility. For built-in LED models, contact us to discuss smart options before ordering.
If anything goes wrong with your order, we'll replace it or refund you.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost

Lost Packages: Free replacement or full refund. If not delivered within 90 days of shipping, we refund automatically.
Changed Your Mind
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is at buyer's cost. Items over 100 cm may incur a 20% restocking fee due to the size and handling involved.
