Construit autour d'une armature soudée en acier inoxydable avec une finition laiton antique appliquée à la main, le lampadaire colonne Cascade Silk Tassel présente une cascade continue de pampilles en soie superposées illuminées par une source LED dissimulée au sommet. La colonne architecturale étroite de 183 cm se lit comme une sculpture textile lumineuse plutôt qu'un lampadaire conventionnel.
Contrairement aux cadres en fer courants avec placage fin et franges en polyester, le lampadaire colonne en laiton antique utilise de l'acier inoxydable structurel pour la rigidité, recouvert d'une patine laiton richement texturée qui résiste aux éclats et à la décoloration. Le rideau de pampilles est tissé en soie naturelle dense, donnant à la lampe son drapé caractéristique inspiré de Jakobsson, son poids et son mouvement doux dans l'air.
Le lampadaire à pampilles en soie s'inscrit dans le renouveau Art déco, l'éclairage à pampilles scandinave d'après-guerre et les intérieurs contemporains Organic Modern.
