I. L'atmosphère
Le Viterbo se dresse comme un monolithe sculptural, faisant le pont entre l'éclairage fonctionnel et l'art raffiné. Sa silhouette est définie par un jeu dramatique de poids et de légèreté — la gravité ancrée de la base sombre soutenant un abat-jour en cascade, semblable à un nuage. Lorsqu'il est allumé, le plissage complexe du lin diffuse la lumière en une lueur douce et atmosphérique, projetant des ombres rythmiques qui ajoutent une profondeur architecturale aux coins calmes, salons de lecture ou entrées minimalistes.
II. La matérialité
Nous rejetons l'utilisation de résine creuse ou de placages en pierre factice. La base conique est tournée dans du bois massif de qualité supérieure, finie avec une texture ébénisée profonde qui met en valeur le grain organique tout en offrant une esthétique mate et noire ancrée. L'abat-jour est composé de lin naturel haut de gamme à grammage élevé, plié à la main en plis complexes et rigides qui conservent leur forme sans besoin de cages en fil disgracieuses. C'est une construction matérielle honnête — fraîche au toucher, solide au cœur, et qui vieillit magnifiquement avec le temps.
III. La norme Casalola
Chaque lampe Viterbo subit une finition rigoureuse dans notre atelier de Rome. Les composants électriques ne sont pas simplement assemblés mais conçus ; nous utilisons des douilles en laiton massif et un câblage de qualité supérieure, testés pour la continuité et la résistance à la chaleur avant approbation finale. Nous comprenons la fragilité de l'abat-jour plissé, c'est pourquoi cette unité est expédiée dans une caisse en bois renforcée avec mousse suspendue, entièrement assurée contre les dommages lors du transport. Les longueurs de cordon personnalisées et les types de prise (EU/US/UK) sont vérifiés avant expédition.
