Atmosphere & Design Philosophy

The Tivoli captures the ephemeral beauty of water in motion, freezing the fluidity of a cascading fountain into a permanent sculptural statement. Designed for spaces that demand a chromatic anchor, the fixture features looping ribbons of azure glass that possess a distinct, rhythmic texture. When illuminated, the light refracts through the undulating glass surfaces, casting a serene, aquatic dappling effect across the ceiling and walls. It strikes a delicate balance between the whimsical and the monumental, serving as the crown jewel for a grand foyer or a sophisticated dining salon.

Materiality & Construction

At Casalola, we reject the use of acrylics or hollow alloys. The Tivoli is constructed from solid, hand-slumped glass, heated and bent by artisans to achieve its signature ribbon shape. The glass possesses a substantial weight and a tactile, pebbled surface that diffuses light without glare. The central armature is machined from solid brass with a brushed satin gold finish, providing the structural integrity required to support the heavy glass elements. The connection points are engineered to be invisible, ensuring the floating illusion of the glass ribbons is maintained.

The Casalola Standard

Every Tivoli chandelier is fully pre-assembled in our Rome workshop before dispatch to ensure perfect balance and electrical continuity. We utilize premium ceramic sockets rated for high-temperature stability. Given the intricate nature of the glass components, the fixture is dismantled after testing and packed into custom-molded foam crates reinforced with wooden exteriors. We provide fully insured, door-to-door shipping, guaranteeing that the piece arrives in pristine condition, ready for installation by your contractor.
