One ring, hand-carved from stone.

A single continuous ring of Italian alabaster, suspended on thin steel cables from a solid brass canopy. The ring glows from within — integrated LED lights the alabaster internally rather than from the surface, so the stone itself becomes the light source and the natural veining inside the block maps itself across the room as soft, shifting patterns. Off, the piece reads as a floating circle of carved stone. On, it becomes atmosphere.

The Anelli Uno is the single-ring companion to the Anelli Tre (three concentric rings). Same workshop, same hand-carved Italian alabaster, same solid brass hardware — the Uno for rooms that want one quiet gesture, the Tre for rooms that want layered composition.

About the alabaster.

The ring is hand-cut from solid Italian alabaster — not segmented, not assembled, not cast. Carving a single ring at this scale is a feat of stone-cutting: the alabaster block has to be large enough to yield the full diameter, then hollowed to the right wall thickness for even light transmission through the stone, then finished by hand. The veining of each ring is unique to the block it came from.

You can choose the veining character at checkout:

• More veining — heavily patterned, dramatic, high-contrast dark mineral lines across a lighter ground. Reads bolder, more sculptural, more visible when unlit.
• Less veining — softer, cloudier, more uniformly translucent. Quieter visually, more subtle when unlit, more even glow when lit.
• Random selection — we choose from stock. Honest variation that designers often prefer.

When lit, the ring glows from within rather than from the surface. The mineral structure of the stone diffuses the light unevenly, so every ring has its own pattern of brighter and softer regions — the signature of natural material rather than a manufactured diffuser.

About the brass.

The canopy is solid brass, not plated — machined and finished by hand. Default finish is natural brass. Also available in chrome (cool, modern, pairs with cool-palette rooms) or brushed black (matte, contemporary, for darker interiors) at no additional cost.

Brass ages over time into a warmer, richer tone. Chrome holds its finish. Brushed black develops subtle character with use but reads nearly as the day it arrives.

The light source.

Integrated LED inside the alabaster ring, default 3000K warm-neutral white — a slightly crisper register than pure warm candlelight, closer to the color of early evening lamp light. Works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors.

On request at checkout: 2700K (warmer, pure candlelight register, best for formal dining and traditional interiors), 4000K (neutral white, best for kitchens and workspaces), 6000K (cool white, best for contemporary commercial and hospitality).

Rated 50,000 hours — roughly 17 years at 8 hours of daily use. When the LED eventually reaches end-of-life, the strip is user-replaceable through the access point on the ring. This fixture is built to be rebuilt, not thrown away.

Dimmable on standard TRIAC 120V dimmers — works with Lutron Caseta, standard US residential dimmers, and most home automation systems.

The suspension.

The ring hangs on thin stainless steel cables from a single solid brass canopy. Cable length is adjustable at installation — your electrician can shorten or extend the cables to set the ring at the right height for your specific ceiling. Standard cable length accommodates 8–14 ft ceilings; custom lengths available for higher.
